Gina joined Mahaffey Law in 1992. Gina studied criminology and business at UNI and received her paralegal training from DMACC. She lives in Montezuma and has two adult children.

Amanda joined our team December 2021. She manages the firm's billing. She also focuses on civil litigation case management and client communications. Amanda grew up in Montezuma and now resides in rural Grinnell with her husband and their three children.​​

Gailanne has worked at Schild Law Office since 2013. She has a BA in Journalism and Communications from Eastern New Mexico University. Gailanne and her husband, Tim, have two adult children and two grandchildren. They are members of the Shults and Co. singing group and the Central Park Decorating Committee.

Terry started at Schild Law in 2020. Terry primarily assists with real estate transactions. Terry received an AA degree in accounting/computer programming in Reno, Nevada and has taken classes for the medical field in Grinnell. Terry moved from Reno to Grinnell in 2000. Terry has two adult children, three grandchildren and two great grandchildren who live on the west coast.

Amy started with Schild Law Office in February 2023. She has a decade of experience in banking and real estate. She serves as the closing coordinator for our office.

Sheri started at Schild Law Office in 1993 after graduating from AIB in Des Moines. Sheri is now part-time as bookkeeper, handling probate matters, and filling in as needed around the office. Sheri lives by Searsboro and has three grown children. She and her husband own and operate James Greenhouse, as well as farm and raise cattle with their sons.
